Serves: 4

Ingredients
4 skinless (6oz) salmon filets
3 tbsn Italian season breadcrumbs
2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp chopped fresh garlic
1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup white wine

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a seperate bowl mix together all the ingredients except for the olive oil.  Arrange the salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the filets with olive oil.  Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top and on the sides of the salmon filets pressing into top and sides of salmon to adhere. Then drizzle the filets with white wine.  Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.  Be careful not to over cook the salmon as it will become very fishy to taste.
